The cafeteria and dining room with its large terrace on the top floor offer a magnificent view over the rooftops of the city. There, the freshly prepared meals may be enjoyed by our patients. Patients and their guests are indulged even between meals.
Our in-house meals are prepared fresh every day, and our award-winning chef, Hans Webersberger, strives to pay attention to different needs and individual requests. He uses fresh herbs and seasonal produce to create healthy, nutrition-conscious delights. Additionally, international "treats", vegetarian cuisine as well as diabetes-friendly foods can be found on the varied menu.
The food is mainly procured from local suppliers. Our cooks from Salzburg use vegetables from the Walser region, meat from Salzburg and Upper Austria, dairy products from Salzburg; and the freshly baked bread comes from local bakeries.
